held at the New York Wine & Culinary Center

The only place to hold a culinary competition of this scale! The New York Wine & Culinary Center‘s Hands on Kitchen and Demonstration Theater is perfectly suited for the three heats of 3 teams.  Nine teams, consisting of a Professional Finger Lakes Chef and 3 amateur foodies, will work in sets of three at the Hands on Kitchen fully appointed Viking kitchen islands. Following each heat, the Judges adjourn to make their decision on which of the three teams will advance to the Finals. The teams gather in the Educational Theater for the judges’ verdict.
