Slice, Dice and Spice NY; The New York Pro-Am Culinary Challenge was a tourism initiative event that highlighted the culinary and agricultural assets of our beautiful and bountiful Finger Lakes Region. Held at the New York Wine & Culinary Center, professional chefs were paired with nine amateur teams. An Iron Chef-like competition ensued featuring the Finger Lakes Region’s culinary assets. Our friend Chef Noah was there as a Judge on the first night ... toured our area the next day ... then headed back to Albany to feed 100 kids the very next day! He did bring back a bit of Experiment Farm product to experience and share.
