Chef Bob Yacavonis
Chef Bob is a graduate of The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts (and recipient of their highest honor, the Julia Child Award) with over 20 years experience, Chef Bob has honed his skills at some of Boston’s best-known restaurants before putting smiles on people’s faces through cooking and hospitality in the Canandaigua Wegmans’ Catering Department.
“I love to create event menus drawn from my various cooking backgrounds, including cuisines from New England, the Southwest, my Italian heritage, Mediterranean, French—even Asian. It’s really great to see the client’s reaction when the whole event comes together. We handtailor each menu and bring dreams to life in a totally unique, affordable way,” said Chef Bob.
