Chef Brad Gray
Chef Brad, AKA Birdman, is a chef at Canandaigua’s The Inn on the Lake. He is a self-taught chef who has worked in the Finger Lakes since the late 80’s, including a stint of owning his restaurant in Canandaigua. His favorite food is “small town diner sandwiches” and hidden gems. He enjoys cooking with both fresh herbs and different types of seafood. When Brad is cooking, classic rock is sure to be heard coming from the kitchen and when he isn’t cooking, you can find him seeing live music at CMAC and exploring new restaurants. Brad is also an animal lover and once owned his own birds-only pet store.
The Inn on the Lake offers fine dining in a classic setting on the shores of Canandaigua Lake.
