2010 Second Heat

On September 13th, nine Finger Lakes Chefs and their Teams gather at the only location that a competition such as this could take place, The New York Wine & Culinary Center in Canandaigua. Participating in the second heat of the day are:
Chef Bob Layman of the Cellar Restaurant and his Team of Christine Mcaffee, Marie Coco and Sandy Layman
Chef Carl Bray of Geneva on the Lake and his Team of Dennis Ferlito, Karen Miltner and Matt Wittmeyer
Chef Craig Wilson of Union Block Italian Bistro and his Team of Andrew Copp, Susan Stafford and Thunder Mountain
