2010 Third Heat

On September 13th, nine Finger Lakes Chefs and their Teams gather at the only location that a competition such as this could take place, The New York Wine & Culinary Center in Canandaigua. Participating in the third heat of the day are:
Chef Sean Agagte of DiVINE Kitchen & Bar and his Team of Laura Devine, Janet Koller and Sue Schmeer
Chef Paul Midgley of Manlius and his Team of Sharon Nagle, Jim Roger and Chan Kaopuiki
Chef Tim Knowles of Questa Lasagna and his Team of Liz Winter, Ian Coyle and Check DiPasquale
