The Slice, Dice and Spice NY 2010 season opens with the iron-chef style cook-off competitions in September at the New York Wine and Culinary Center in Canandaigua. Nine Chefs from Ontario County and the surrounding Finger Lakes area will compete in the preliminary cook-off taking place September 13, 2010.  Three Pro-Am teams (headed by professional chefs below and three amateur cooks per team) in three separate heats will compete back to back for a chance to move on to the finals the following Sunday.
