Brown Hound BistroCentrally located in Bristol Springs, the Brown Hound Bistro is on the Canandaigua Wine Trail, neighbors with Arbor Hill Grapery, only minutes from Naples, Canandaigua, Bristol Harbour and Canandaigua Lake. The inviting location, just three miles south of Bristol Mountain, is steeped in Finger Lakes history.

The Brown Hound resides in a charming 100-year-old house. With 20 seats in the dining room, one will appreciate the unique intimacy and personal attention. When the weather allows, the deck provides European countryside ambiance under a red & cream awning and an additional 35 seats for dining al fresco. The décor is an eclectic blend of rustic touches, local art and hound accents.

The Culinary Team at the Hound, composed of owner and Chef Trish Aser, chef Jean-Louis Faber, Emmy Wilk and a dedicated crew, combines a wealth of skill, creativity & passion to bring to your table a unique and expertly prepared menu that is always delightfully presented.

Chef Trish take strides to represent the quality & freshness that local producers can provide. She has won the Willy Frank Award every year for her commitment to Finger Lakes wines.
