Trattoria Aroma serves up authentic, rustic Italian cuisine in an upscale, yet homey atmosphere in Buffalo.
Chef Keith grew up in Buffalo and now is finding his calling at Trattoria Aroma. Keith initially left Buffalo to go to Paul Smith’s college in the Adirondacks for a year, then moved to California, came back to finish up his culinary degree and then finally returned home to Buffalo. He likes to eat whatever his mother makes for him and his favorite food to cook with is any type of meat, especially enjoy the technique of braising meats. While cooking, Keith loves listening to Phish and in his free time he also enjoys seeing the band live.
