O’Connells features the finest choices of meat, fish and traditional dishes and takes dining to the next level with the only multi-chef tasting menu in Western NY.
Chef Kevin opened O’Connells with his family. He is self-taught with a lot of on-the-job training. He started working in the restaurant business at 16. He has stood in front of stoves at some of Buffalo’s most popular restaurants including Left Bank. Kevin has also cooked in various private settings in Philadelphia and in Belize. His favorite food is a cheeseburger and while cooking he likes to smoke fish and braise meat. Kevin likes to visit the Finger Lakes and his fondest memories of the region include seeing Dave Matthews Band at CMAC and visiting the area’s vineyards.
