Warfield’s Restaurant features a seasonal menu of elegant country fare with Oriental and European influences in the historic town of Clifton Springs.

Chef Michael’s kitchen is at Warfield’s restaurant in Clifton Springs. Michael graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and moved to Atlanta during the Olympics in 1996. He worked at Buckhead Diner there and then moved to New York State, working at Victor Grilling. His favorite food is New York State cheese and his favorite cooking ingredient is salt. When cooking, Michael loves to listen to the blues. Out of the kitchen, his favorite activity is touring the Seneca Lake Wine Trail.
