Doc’s Lakeside Seafood and Steakhouse uses only the freshest ingredients and seafood in the world including live Maine lobster. Doc’s is noted for its great decks and setting just a few hundred steps away from Canandaigua’s City Pier and Canandaigua Lake.


Chef Nick “Big Foot” Rada is the executive chef at Doc’s Seafood & Steakhouse in Canandaigua. He started his culinary education at Pennsylvania Culinary Arts Institute in Pittsburgh and did an apprenticeship with Don Antinore in Rochester. He has cooked at some of the best public and private clubs in the country and has worked at both the Bellagio and Ritz Carlton in Las Vegas. Before coming to Doc’s, he was the executive chef at Marinaccio’s in Buffalo. His favorite food to eat is sushi and he loves to cook with any seafood, especially fresh Hawaiian fish like ahi tuna. When cooking he likes to listen

to reggaeton and he loves fishing on Canandaigua Lake.
