Chef Trish is the owner of Brown Hound Bistro located in South Bristol, NY. Trish has years and lots of variety of cooking experience and is completely self-taught – her degree was in elementary education. Her favorite food to cook with is butter and her favorite food to eat is “good milk chocolate.” While cooking she loves to listen to the Bonnie Raitt station on Internet radio. When not in the kitchen, Trish is cross-country skiing in the Bristol backwoods with her dogs Daisy and Lily.
