    Onion Burger

 

Instructions:

Mince garlic and onion

Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil until translucent

Mix garlic and onion in with the burger

Sprinkle with dill

Cut bread into wedges

Shape burger patties to match the wedges

Grill burger

Garnish with sliced tomato and red onion


Quick Infused Pickles

Ingredients:

Pickling cucumbers – Gale-Wyn Farm

Roasted Garlic/Red Wine Vinaigrette – Chef Lerman

Fresh Dill - Firefly Farm


Instructions:

Diagonally slice pickling cucumbers into ¼ inch slices

Heat Roasted Garlic/Red Wine Vinaigrette

Add pickles and let simmer for one minute

Add a pinch of fresh dill

Remove from heat and let sit to infuse the flavoring


Corn on the Grill

Ingredients:

Corn – Jones Brook Produce

Lime

Salt


Instructions:

Peel back husks and remove corn silk

Tie ends

Place on the grill for 8 minutes turning often

Rub with lime and sprinkle with salt


Tomato Basil Salad w/ Maple Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

Grape tomatoes – Gale-Wyn Farm

Lemon-Lime Basil Vinaigrette – Canadice Kitchens

Basil – Seneca Vegetables

Dill – Firefly Farm


Instructions:

Cut tomatoes in half

Pour on Lemon-Lime Basil Vinaigrette

Chiffonade (thinly slice) basil

Add a pinch of dill

Mix together


Blueberry Peach Lemonade

Ingredients:

Peaches – Watt Farms

Blueberries – Triple Berry Farm

Whole lemon

Honey


Instructions:

Chop peaches into wedges

Add all fruit to juicer

Add whole lemon including rind

Drizzle honey to taste
