Slice, Dice and Spice NY;

The New York Pro-Am Culinary Challenge is a tourism initiative event that highlights the culinary and agricultural assets of our beautiful and bountiful Finger Lakes Region.

A variety of events will be held during the 2009 growing season in and around the Finger Lakes area with the final cook-off competition to be held again at the New York Wine & Culinary Center in Canandaigua, New York, of course.

Professional chefs will be paired with nine amateur teams and an Iron Chef-like competition will take place in October. The real star will be the Finger Lakes Region’s culinary assets.
