The Slice, Dice and Spice NY season culminates with the iron-chef style cook-off competitions in October at the New York Wine and Culinary Center in Canandaigua. Chefs from Ontario County and Buffalo will compete in the preliminary cook-off taking place Oct. 19,  2009.  Three teams in three separate heats will compete back to back for a chance to move on to the finals the following Sunday. These nine teams (headed by professional chefs) will compete to win a slot in the finals of Slice, Dice and Spice NY.
