Nine teams headed by professional chefs will compete to win a slot in the finals of Slice, Dice and Spice, NY. Three teams in three separate heats will compete back to back for the chance to move on to the finals on the following Sunday. Each team will create a meal using our selected market basket ingredients (which feature locally grown or produced Finger Lakes foods). In addition, each of the menu items will be paired with a Canandaigua Wine Trail Wine. The competition will be fast and flavorful to see who will move on for the chance to win this year’s Slice Dice and Spice NY.
