Peach Cucumber Salsa

Veal Burger

 

Instructions:

Cut bread in a square and  toast

Season ground veal with a pinch of salt

Form into patties

Grill to desired doneness


Peach Cucumber Salsa

Ingredients:

Peaches – Jack Munt Farm

Cucumber – Jack Munt Farm

Garlic – Hopper Hills       

Scallions – Domoy Farms

Cilantro – Seneca Vegetables

Banana peppers – Domoy Farms

Lime

Honey


Instructions:

Slice and dice cucumber – keep seeds in

Chop scallions

Chop peaches

Mince garlic

Slice banana peppers

Add juice of ½ lime

Drizzle honey over top

Add pinch of cilantro

Mix and let sit


Carrots and Orzo Salad

Ingredients:

Colored fingerling carrots – Ambrosia Acres

Spring Medley Orzo – Pappardelle’s Pasta

Lemon


Instructions:

Boil orzo 6-8 minutes in salted water; cool

Peel and shred carrots

Mix in orzo

Add olive oil, pinch of salt and lemon to taste
