Chef Eric Mueller of Warfield’s restaurants is a highly-experienced chef, deeply rooted in the Finger Lakes. He is the General Manager of two restaurants, Warfield’s Restaurant and Bakery in Clifton Springs and Warfield’s High Point in Victor, specializing in Finger Lakes-style cuisine. Eric is a Certified Sommelier and has earned the certification of Executive Chef from the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY and from the American Culinary Federation.
Chef Eric is the winner of the first Slice, Dice and Spice NY event, and Slice, Dice and Spice’s “Go To Guy” for everything food related. He has since helped in the planning of Slice, Dice and Spice, by offering his distinct expertise about food, cooking and dining experiences, time tables and tasting tables. If it has to do with food at Slice, Dice and Spice, Chef Eric more than likely has a role in it. He has been an invaluable resource to the Finger Lakes Visitors Connection and is sincerely appreciated for all his efforts.
