The Teams ~ Brackets for 2010

Below are the three heats, the Professional Chefs and their amateur teams that have worked together on the 13th of September to determine which team will move forward to the Finals on September 19th. We like to call these “The Brackets.”  Each of these teams are talented, creative and devoted to using and promoting the very best product available ~ the bounty of the Finger Lakes! The judging was difficult – to say the least – But three teams will be moving forward to the Finals!

Join us on Sunday, September 19th at the New York Wine & Culinary Center in Canandaigua, NY to learn (Live Streaming in case you can’t join us in person) who will be named the Slice Dice and Spice NY 2010 Champion.
